1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Utservio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Utservio mobile application and web platform ("Platform") and the on-demand home and vehicle cleaning services we provide ("Services"). By accessing or using Utservio, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform or Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Utservio is India's first micro-service app providing on-demand home and vehicle cleaning services, including:

• Fan cleaning services
• Sweeping services
• Sweep and mop services
• Toilet cleaning services
• Car cleaning and detailing
• Two-wheeler cleaning services

Utservio acts as a platform connecting customers with independent service professionals. We facilitate bookings and payments but do not directly employ the service professionals.

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Utservio. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3.2 Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name
• Valid phone number
• Email address
• Service location address

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Booking and Service Delivery

4.1 Service Booking

You can book services through our Platform by selecting the desired service, specifying the location, choosing a preferred time slot, and completing the payment process.

4.2 Service Confirmation

Once you submit a booking request, we will confirm your booking and assign a verified service professional. You will receive a confirmation notification with booking details.

4.3 Service Modifications

You may modify or reschedule your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Modifications made within 2 hours may be subject to availability and may not be guaranteed.

4.4 Service Cancellation

• Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 4 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 2-4 hours may incur a 25% cancellation fee
• No-Show: Cancellations within 2 hours or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee

4.5 Service Execution

You must provide a safe and accessible environment for the service professional to perform the requested services. You must be present or arrange for someone to be present at the service location during the scheduled time.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Service Fees

All service fees are displayed on the Platform before booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on service type, location, and time of booking.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, digital wallets, and other payment options available on the Platform. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

5.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Extra services requested on-site
• Services requiring additional time beyond the standard duration
• Special cleaning supplies or equipment requested by the customer

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. In case of service issues or dissatisfaction, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.

5.5 Promotional Offers

Promotional codes, discounts, and offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may have expiration dates or usage limitations.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to use Utservio responsibly and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm service professionals or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Platform
• Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without authorization
• Attempt to solicit services from professionals outside the Platform
• Submit fraudulent or chargeback claims

7. Service Professional Conduct

All service professionals on our Platform are independent contractors who have undergone verification. Utservio expects all professionals to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide services professionally and courteously
• Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Respect customer property and privacy
• Complete services as described in the booking

While we verify service professionals, Utservio is not liable for their actions or omissions. Any disputes should be reported immediately to our customer support team.

8. Ratings and Reviews

After service completion, you may rate and review the service professional. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and relevant to the service provided. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our content policy, including those that contain offensive language, personal attacks, or false information.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Utservio Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Utservio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Utservio acts as a platform connecting customers with independent service professionals and is not liable for the acts or omissions of service professionals
• We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury arising from services provided by professionals
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform operation

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Utservio Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Utservio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your conduct in connection with the Services

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Customer Support

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding our Services, please contact our customer support team first. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State], India.

13.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through customer support may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also terminate your account by contacting customer support.

Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding payments and obligations incurred before termination.

16. Force Majeure

Utservio shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or technical failures.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of Utservio after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing the Terms periodically.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Utservio regarding the use of our Platform and Services.
