1.2 Location Information (Important)

To facilitate our core service—connecting you with nearby cleaning professionals—we collect location data.

Precise Location: We collect your precise location (GPS) to enable the "Current Location" feature for booking services.

Permission: We only access this data when the App is in use (foreground). We do not track your location in the background.

You may decline location access and manually enter your address, though this may affect the convenience of the App.

1.3 Device and Technical Information

We automatically collect certain information when you access the App:

• Device Identifiers: Device identifiers and analytics identifiers used for app performance and diagnostics (e.g., Device ID and IP address).
• App Activity: Crash logs, performance diagnostics, and interaction data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for specific business purposes:

• Service Delivery: To verify your identity, process bookings, and direct service professionals to your location.

5. Account & Data Deletion

How to Delete Your Utservio Account

You can permanently delete your account directly from the Utservio mobile app:

1. Open the Utservio app
2. Go to Profile
3. Select Settings
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm deletion

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted.

What Data Is Deleted

After account deletion, we delete or anonymize the following data:

• Phone number
• Email address (if provided)
• Service addresses and location data
• Booking history
• Profile information
• App usage data

Data Retention

Some information (such as transaction records) may be retained only if required by law, and only for the legally mandated period. After that, it is securely deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• You will lose access to all services and past bookings.
• Deletion applies to the account used in the Utservio mobile app.

6. Data Retention Policy
